Mr MALCOLM FRASER - The Government has a number of programs designed to assist in these circumstances. As to the rest of the question I would only emphasise the point again that the companies pursued these matters under export licences which were subject to the inquiry. Companies taking that kind of action are doing so at their own risk. In addition to these matters, I am advised that there is a dispute involving one of the major companies in this area in relation to export contracts. The other party, the purchaser of the product, is trying to get out of the contract by saying that the contract is null and void. If that view is upheld I understand that one of the companies will have no export contracts. If it does not have any export contracts it does not have an operation.
