Mr MACPHEE (BALACLAVA, VICTORIA) (Minister for Productivity) -The notion of worker participation, of course, means all things to all persons. It would be quite wrong, when we have an embryonic department, for me to indicate any specific ways in which the Government might encourage labour and management to get together. But clearly, the Government has indicated ad nauseam its support for improved lines of communication between labour and management. It would be one of the areas in which we would be endeavouring to assist people really almost on a plant by plant basis to devise for themselves the most appropriate form of communication. The second part of the question is not within my province and I will not have an answer.
