Mr BARNARD (Bass) (Minister for Defence, Minister for the Navy, Minister for the Army and Minister for Air) - I have listened to 2 speeches by Opposition spokesmen on defence. It is quite clear that the previous speaker, the honourable member for Isaacs (Mr Hamer), has not bothered to look back over some of the speeches that he made in this place when his Party was in government. He raised the question of procurement and he referred specifically to the DDL program.

Mr Hamer - I raise a point of order. I did not mention DDL program.
