The CHAIRMAN - The question now is That the remainder of the Bill be agreed to and that the Bill be reported without amendment'. Those of that opinion say 'aye'; to the contrary no'. I think the 'ayes' have it.

Mr Sinclair - No.

The CHAIRMAN - The Committee will divide.

Mr Sinclair - I rise to a point of order, Mr Chairman. The question, as you put it, was "That the remainder of the Bill be put without amendment'. Surely the next question should be 'That clause 2 be agreed to?

The CHAIRMAN - That is not correct. The question, as I put it, was That the remainder of the Bill be agreed to and that the Bill be reported without amendment'. That is the standard question which is always put from the Chair. I have put the question. A division has been called for. The Committee will divide. Ring the bells.

Question put.
