Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -I think that is a bit late now. We have moved to the next stage. I point out to members of the Opposition that they did not call no until I was at the stage of calling for a vote on the motion that the Bill be now read a second time.

Mr Malcolm Fraser - I rise on a point of order.

Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER - A point of order will not be necessary. If the Opposition requires a division, there will be one.

Mr Malcolm Fraser - We do require a division.
