Mr ANTHONY (Richmond) (Leader of the Australian Country Party) - I claim to have been misrepresented by the PostmasterGeneral (Mr Lionel Bowen). In answering a question in the House today and venting his spleen against country people and carrying out the Australian Labor Party vendetta -

Mr SPEAKER -Order! The right honourable gentleman will explain where he was misrepresented.

Mr ANTHONY - The Postmaster-General stated that there had been no complaint in this House about the increased charges for country people. Yesterday I made it quite clear in a question I asked that I was gravely concerned about the increased charges that this Government is imposing specifically against country people, especially country newspapers. If that was not clear to him I do not know how one does make it clear to him.
