Mr CREAN (Melbourne Ports) (Treasurer) - As has been indicated, the Government accepts this amendment. I regard that as being a sign that the Government does not believe, as did some other governments, that all wisdom lies on one side of the chamber. In matters of this kind contributions can be made from both sides of 'the chamber. While I am not aware of any actual cases of difficulty, as I have already said in reply to other representations I am prepared to give careful consideration to the circumstances of particular cases insofar as that is possible.
