Mr WENTWORTH (Mackellar) - I will not press the point. It is obvious that coal in its powdered form can be transported through a pipeline, but it can also be bought and sold. I do not think the Government means this. Coal is a solid hydrocarbon. Do not let me detain the Committee any longer.
