Mr SPEAKER - Does the honourable member claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr KEOGH - Yes, by implication by the honourable member for Wakefield (Mr Kelly). During his remarks he referred to the pleasure that he had in seconding the nomination of the honourable member for Leichhardt (Mr Fulton) for the position of Chairman of the Joint Committee on Public Works. 1 think it only fitting for me, as one of the members of the Public Works Committee from this side of the House - I speak on behalf of ail members of the Labor Party on the Public Works Committee - to point out to the honourable member for Wakefield that the honourable member for Leichhardt was the unanimous choice of the members from the Senate and the House of Representatives as our nominee as Chairman of that Committee. He was selected only in that way and not in any other fashion.
