Mr McLEAY (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - I ask the Prime Minister whether, in view of the current interest in enemy flags and Moratorium demonstrations, his attention has been drawn to the more sinister aspect of the use of these flags as weapons against the police. I ask him whether he has seen an instruction issued to peace marchers by one of the Moratorium organising groups, the Students for Democratic Action, which says:

Put your placard or flag on a thick stick and if an RSL, DLP Fascist, soldier or a cop thumps you -hit back.

Has the Prime Minister had an opportunity to examine these weapons? This is the sort of weapon.
