Mr McLEAY (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - I ask the Minister for the Navy a question supplementary to an earlier question concerning the apprehension of foreign owned vessels committing offences in waters contiguous to the Australian coast. What instructions have been given to the Navy in such circumstances? What law enforcement agency can take action if the offence is a breach of a State law?
