Mr ARMITAGE (CHIFLEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I direct my question to the Minister for Labour and National Service. Bearing in mind the considerable industrial unrest which exists today and in order to show a conciliatory attitude to this problem, will the Minister revoke his decision insisting upon the payment of outstanding fines by a number of trade unions'? If he will not. can he indicate why he chose to provoke further unrest by his decision?
