Mr HUGHES (Berowra) (AttorneyGeneral) - This will be one of the shortest speeches I have made in the House during my time here. The Government is quite prepared to accept the proposed amendment. The honourable member for Bradfield (Mr Turner) has correctly perceived the object of the sub-clause in its original form. We take the view that the proposed amendment will achieve precisely the same purpose. It is only a matter of words. We are quite happy to accept the change.
