Mr LYNCH - In answer to the question posed by the Leader of the Opposition, I can tell him that the clause to which he refers relative to the obligations in relation to national service of Yugoslavs coming to Australia under the assisted programme, is the same in terms of scope and intent as that which appears in earlier migration programme agreements which would be well known to the honourable gentleman. In fact, the same type of provision could be included in future agreements made with countries concerning immigration. It is the same type of agreement. There is nothing new in it whatsoever.
