Mr KILLEN (MORETON, QUEENSLAND) - I ask a question of the Prime Minister. Having regard to the rapid development by Communist China as a nuclear power, the belligerence of its external policies and the reluctance of that country to show any goodwill in the international community, has the Government made any recent assessment of the dangers of the policy of a nuclear free zone in the Southern Hemisphere? Further, can the right honourable gentleman say whether there has been any recent happening which would in any way diminish the importance or the relevance of the Government's decision to co-operate with the United States in the establishment of the North West Cape communications base?
