Mr SPEAKER - Order! I ask the Prime Minister to resume his seat. I point out to honorable members that question time is for the purpose of obtaining information. There have been isolated cases of honorable members continually interjecting and interrupting a Minister in his reply and encouraging him to make a long reply. Interjections are out of order.
