Mr Malcolm Fraser (WANNON, VICTORIA) - As a general rule the Army always tries to meet the reasonable requests of local government and State bodies regarding property held by the Army. I will examine the matter raised by the honorable member, but I understand that more use is made of Long Bay Rifle Range than of any other range in Australia. The needs of the Army in this regard and at this particular time must be given proper consideration.
