Mr HASLUCK - The coup in Algeria which led to the deposition of Mr. Ben Bella was, of course, an internal matter. Whatever opinions we might hold on it, it is not appropriate for us to make representations to the Government which, de facto, is in control of Algeria. I am afraid I cannot give the honorable member the satisfaction of assuring him that we will make any representations to the Algerian Government on this subject.
