Mr SNEDDEN (BRUCE, VICTORIA) (Attorney-General) - The system is not definitely exempted but provision is made in the Bill as it left this House for it to be exempted. The Government has had in mind that there are primary industry marketing organisations which should be so exempted. There is power in the Bill in this regard. As a matter of policy the Government has looked at, for instance, the Australian Dried Fruits Association and the way it markets its products as a primary industry marketing organisation. I am confident that it would be exempted under the terms of the regulations concerning the Bill.
