Mr SNEDDEN (Bruce) (AttorneyGeneral) . - Mr. Chairman, The intention always was that this Bill would apply to agreements made before it came into operation when such agreements con tinued after the date on which the measure came into operation. This has been understood by everybody. It is my opinion that the Bill already will ensure this. However, the inclusion of the words proposed will make that intention and that interpretation clear. The Government therefore accepts the amendment.

Clause 92.

(2.) For the purposes of this Act -

(e)   an agreement made by a trade association shall be deemed to be an agreement to which all members of the trade association from time to time are parties and by which those members agree to do all acts and things that, under the agreement, are to be done by them or that the trade association is to cause, require or recommend them to do.

In sub-clause (2.), paragraph (e), omit "that", second occurring.

Clauses 93 to 96 - by leave - taken together, and agreed to.

Clause 97.

A copy of a determination or order of, or undertaking given to, the Tribunal, certified to be a true copy under the hand of the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar, shall be received in all courts as evidence of the determination, order or undertaking.
