Mr HAWORTH (Isaacs) .- I would like the Attorney-General to explain what he means in clause 50 by the words " tendency to restrict, competition ". To me " tendency to restrict " is a very vague and wide term. Paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub-clause (1.) of clause 35 refer to restrictions every one of which specifically restricts competition. Therefore I submit that every agreement must come before the Tribunal. There is no question of tendency.
