Sir ROBERT MENZIES - I am not aware of the details of Mr. Jay's statement, to which the honorable member referred. He will, of course, not fail to recall that what can be done in a unitary country like Great Britain is not necessarily the same as what can be done in a federal country like Australia, because the former has no problems of power of the kind that we have. Therefore, a great deal of co-operation is needed in this field. As he will perhaps recall, we have had this matter under examination at the official level and in due course it will be dealt with in a co-operative spirit at the ministerial level.
