Mr STOKES (Maribyrnong) .- I wish to suggest an amendment of small moment. It is a matter of drafting procedure. In my experience of drafting legal documents, we were always taught as a matter of practice that, when a number of sub-sections reached (h), we should normally go to (j) and not include (i). This was done to prevent confusion with sub-sections numbered (i), (ii) and (iii). I ask honorable members to look at clause 61 on page 37 of the Bill. The numbering (i), (ii) and (iii) can be seen there. I suggest to the AttorneyGeneral that, in the final preparation of the Bill, he accede to my request and remove the (i) and insert (j) in the interests of clarity.
