Mr CALWELL (MELBOURNE, VICTORIA) - I ask the Prime Minister a question. Has he been advised that the Minister for Education in New South Wales said yesterday that no material should be sent by the Prime Minister's Department into the State schools in New South Wales without the permission of the Minister for Education in New South Wales and that no request was made by the Prime Minister to the Minister to circulate the pamphlet on Vietnam to which reference was made yesterday? Will the Prime Minister now consult with all the Ministers for Education and get their approval to circulate another pamphlet on Vietnam in which the Government's side and the Opposition's side will be stated so that children will have a complete story on the matter? I ask this particularly as some headmasters have refused to circulate the Prime Minister's pamphlet because it is one-sided.
