Sir ROBERT MENZIES - I am afraid the honorable member is quite right in saying that he did not hear me correctly. I said that the document prepared by the Department of External Affairs had been distributed, or was in course of being distributed, to a variety of bodies, including secondary schools. This means that the headmasters will get the documents. What they do with them or whether they ask for more will be up to them. This no doubt is what has happened in the case of the other pamphlet about which we heard a little earlier.


Mr Pollard - One document has the official imprimatur of the Government.


Sir ROBERT MENZIES - Of course the document issued by the Department of External Affairs has the official imprimatur of the Government and, as it happens, there is only one Government here.
