Mr STEWART (LANG, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I address a question to the Minister for Shipping and Transport. Is the Christmas-New Year period the most dangerous time for road fatalities and injuries? Has any Commonwealth-wide publicity campaign been planned to reduce the number of road accidents during the coming festive season? Will the Commonwealth Government's part in this campaign be confined to the goodwill appeal by the Minis ter appearing in the December issue of the Australian Road Safety Council's journal?
