Mr FOX (HENTY, VICTORIA) - I wish to direct a question to the Treasurer. Has the right honorable gentleman seen a letter to the Editor of the " Australian Financial Review " which appeared in yesterday's issue and which directed attention to the publicity among businesses and persons overseas that the South African authorities gave to their changeover to decimal currency? The letter also claimed that with the approach of C Day in Australia the Decimal Currency Board could have prepared a pamphlet to be sent to our overseas customers and suppliers so that they would understand the significance of invoices, prices and orders expressed in terms of Australian dollars without believing that Australia had become the 51st State of the United States of America. I ask: What steps have been taken by the Board to publicise the Australian changeover to decimal currency among interested parties overseas?
