Dr MACKAY (Evans) .- Surely this is something that the Companies Act requires any director of a company to do. That Act requires a director, upon his appointment, to disclose his interest, such as shareholdings and so on, in other companies. Is there anything very exceptional about requiring this of a person who is sitting on a tribunal of this kind? I do not see that there is.
