Mr FAILES (LAWSON, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Treasurer a question. I understand that an interest charge is to be made in relation to unused portions of bank overdrafts where the overdraft limit is £50,000 or higher. If this is correct, will the charge apply to finance arranged or proposed to be arranged in the event of the wool marketing plan being approved by wool growers? Will there be any provision in the legislation setting up the wool marketing authority to prevent the authority from investing any unused portion of its funds in investments not related to its normal or specific purpose of financing the wool marketing scheme?
