Sir ROBERT MENZIES (KOOYONG, VICTORIA) (Prime Minister) - We have had no such request either from the Government of South Vietnam, which is, of course, the requesting party, or from the Administration of the United States of America, or Senator Fulbright. If we were to receive, in the future, a request from the Government of South Vietnam, we would have to consider it then on its merits. But the question has not arisen. As to how the forces involved in our present commitment will be made up, I do not know. I have no information on that point. The rumours about additional forces are just rumours.
