Mr FAIRBAIRN (FARRER, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for National Development) - I cannot hold out very great hopes for the honorable member because I know that with aircraft operating from Kingsford-Smith, Bankstown and Richmond airports, this area is particularly congested at present. The Department of Civil Aviation has some difficulty in controlling adequately all the aircraft in the area. However, I shall refer the question to the Minister for Civil Aviation and get a reply as soon as I can for the honorable member.
