Dr FORBES (Barker) (Minister for the Army) . - in reply - In the view of the Government the Bills are of the nature understood by the honorable member for Melbourne Ports.

Mr Crean - I will accept that assurance.

Dr FORBES - The honorable member will have to come to his own conclusion on this. . However, I point out that there is still the opportunity of debating each Bill separately at the Committee stage.
