Mr TURNBULL (MALLEE, VICTORIA) - As the Minister for Trade and Industry is aware, I have often voiced my opposition to certain aspects of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade which I claim discourage reciprocal Commonwealth trade. I now ask: Will the adoption of the objectives of the Kennedy Round talks make desirable reciprocal trade between Commonwealth countries still more difficult?
