Mr ANDERSON (HUME, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Will the Minister for Labour and National Service inform the House what is the present position in respect of coastal ships that are tied up as a result of seamen failing to answer calls for crews? Does the history of the decline of Australian coastal shipping illustrate the tragic results of a Communist-dominated union whose policy is in direct variance with Australian interests?
