Mr WHITTORN (BALACLAVA, VICTORIA) - My question, which, also, is addressed to the Postmaster-General, is in a sense supplementary to that asked by the honorable member for Wakefield. As experiments are taking place in the United States of America in the use of stratovision television for educational purposes, I ask the Minister: What technical advances have been made in Australia in this regard, and is the use of this educational medium contemplated? Reports indicate that a DC6 aircraft circling at 23,000 feet would enable an educational programme to cover an area with a diameter of 300 miles, and I should think that Australia would be an early user of this system.
