Mr SPEAKER - Order! I think the honorable member is giving information.

Mr HAYLEN - The Treasurer needs it.

Mr SPEAKER - The honorable member will ask his question.

Mr HAYLEN - lust as you say, Sir. How can the credit squeeze bc effective when legitimate business is curtailed while these bandits of big business pursue their own mad course to bankruptcy? With regard to insurance companies, can the people's money be protected in some way such as that in which the policy-holders' funds are protected? Will the Treasurer agree that the activities of the insurance companies literally scream for investigation?
