Mr STOKES - My question is directed to the Minister for Shipping and Transport. When the Minister is reviewing the tenders for the proposed construction of a Commonwealth survey vessel, will he give special consideration to the tender submitted by the Williamstown shipyard and thus help to promote continuity of employment there and also save at least £300,000, which represents the 10 per cent. profit margin on a contract of approximately £3,000,000 which would have to be paid if the job were given to other shipyards?
