Mr KILLEN (MORETON, QUEENSLAND) - My question is directed to you, Mr. Speaker, and it concerns the reading of prayers in this House. Have you or the Standing Orders Committee considered any new form of prayers? Will you give an undertaking to the House that before the present form of prayers is abandoned honorable members will be given an opportunity to express their views on this subject? I refer especially to the recently announced version of the Lord's Prayer. Any capricious abandonment of the lilt and warmth of language of the existing Lord's Prayer would be greeted by a number of people with a great measure of distress.
