Sir GARFIELD BARWICK - I have not seen a report of the speech to which the honorable gentleman has referred nor do I know whether the Minister to whom he referred is a paragon of any particular brand of political virtue. I do know that honorable members on this side of the House would not think of using the Crimes Act as the Leader of the Opposition apparently would use it.
