Mr CASH (STIRLING, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - My question is directed to the Minister representing the Minister for Customs and Excise. What has been the result of the investigation by his department into the importation from Japan of motor vehicle spare parts to fit the Holden car, a matter which I raised in this House on 11th May this year? If spare parts are being imported into Australia which bear the names of well-known motor companies, although the parts were not manufactured by those companies, what further action can be taken by the department, particularly in regard to infringements of the Trade Marks Act?
