Mr MURRAY - My question is directed to the Minister for Labour and National Service. In view of the fact that the Commonwealth Government pays out close to £1,500,000 to Queensland in an average year by way of unemployment benefit, will the Minister consider a greater concentration of effort with the Queensland Government in the rationalization of labour, particularly in north Queensland, which is the principal source of this unemployment problem because of the seasonal nature of the industries there, so that we can not only reduce the amount of money being paid out by the Commonwealth but also give more steady and sensible employment to so many hundreds of people who are affected each year?
