Mr CASEY - I do not think it would be in the general interest if I were to comment on the attitude of the head of the government of another country. In recent times there have been problems and certain differences of view about the conditions precedent to the holding of a summit conference. Personally, I do not believe that it would be appropriate for me to make comments, critical or otherwise, on the attitude of mind of the head of another government.
