Mr ANDERSON (HUME, NEW SOUTH WALES) - My question is directed to the Minister for Labour and National Service. Has the Minister's attention been invited to a direction issued by Conciliation Commissioner Findlay to a leading Victorian wool firm to discontinue its two-year-old bonus plan for its employees? Is not it a fact that the New South Wales State Dockyard, at Newcastle, has a bonus plan for its employees and that miners employed by the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited enjoy a lead bonus? Does not Commissioner Findlay's direction amount to an infringement by the State of the rights of individuals?
