Mr KELLY (WAKEFIELD, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - I ask the Minister for Defence: Is it true, as stated by the honorable member for Yarra yesterday, that Australia is not allowed to sell to other countries aircraft of overseas design which have been manufactured by the Australian aircraft industry? Will the Minister give an assurance that any aircraft to be manufactured in Australia in future can be sold overseas, thus reducing the unit cost of such aircraft to Australia?
