Mr OSBORNE - As the honorable member for Calare states, he has taken great pains to ensure that I am aware of the need for a training establishment for the air training corps in Orange. It was intended to move a hut from Parkes to Orange but, unfortunately, the cost was found to be too great. I am glad to be able to tell the honorable gentleman, however, that funds have been set aside for the erection of a new building at Orange, and I understand that tenders will be called in January next.
