Mr CASH - I address my question to the acting Minister for External Affairs. I preface it by stating that many new and, I trust, lasting friendships were formed at the recent conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and that, as a result, many members on both sides of this House desire to increase their first-hand knowledge of Commonwealth countries. Will the Minister consider getting the Department of External Affairs to plan organized tours of the countries of the British Commonwealth of Nations for members of this Parliament who indicate that they are willing to travel at their own expense during parliamentary recesses?
