Mr ANTHONY (RICHMOND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I desire to ask a question of the Minister for Trade. There have been recent statements overseas about the sale of 4,500 tons of butter by Canada to the United Kingdom in what were said to be special circumstances. Will the Minister inform the House what were the special circumstances? Was Australia consulted before the sale took place? Will the terms of the sale act to the detriment of traditional suppliers of butter to the United Kingdom market?
