Mr LESLIE (MOORE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - I ask the PostmasterGeneral whether he has received a request from the Premier of Victoria for the provision of additional television stations or the extension of the present services to relay stations in that State. If he has not yet received such a request, has he been made aware of the announced intention of the Premier to make such an approach? In considering any such approach, will the Postmaster-General bear in mind that there are still four States of the Commonwealth, as well as the Territories of the Commonwealth, which are not yet provided with television? Will he direct the attention of the Premier of Victoria to that fact, and suggest to him that Victorians might curb their financial greed and for a change adopt a national outlook?
