Mr WIGHT (LILLEY, QUEENSLAND) - I ask the Minister for Trade: Will he take into consideration the importance of the Australian cotton spinning and weaving industries to the growers of cotton, in Queensland particularly, when he is finalizing the terms of the new trade agreement with Japan? Will the Minister ensure that no clause in that agreement will in any way react to the detriment of the Australian cotton industry?
