Mr BRYANT - I wish to make a personal explanation. At one minute past nine, while I was waiting patiently for the Minister to come to his facts, you, Mr. Acting Deputy Speaker, told me that, if I did not keep quiet, you would name me. Since I was sitting very quietly and patiently at the time, I suggest that, perhaps, it might be in order for you to have that passage expunged from the records, or else for you at least to apologize to me.
